Triangle Management Solution (TMS) is a general partnership company specialized in providing project and business management services.
Established under the laws of the Republic of Haiti in January 2019 by three partners *Mackenley, Fabrice et Clavens*, TMS partage une vision commune : autonomiser les organisations des secteurs privé et public en tirant parti des données et de la technologie pour créer une richesse durable et inclusive en Haïti. Cette aventure a renforcé leur amitié de plus de 15 ans et leur désir partagé de créer un impact positif. Les membres fondateurs de TMS ont uni leurs compétences uniques et leurs expériences variées pour concrétiser cette vision.

Pierre Clavens Jean Marie
Business Development Associate
Pierre Clavens Jean Marie, born in Port-au-Prince, is a certified project management and operations consultant with more than 10 years' experience in development projects, particularly in connection with the strengthening of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and environmental management within multilateral institutions and the United Nations system. Holder of a Diplôme d'Études Supérieures (DES) in Applied Economics from the Centre de Techniques de Planification et d'Économie Appliquée (CTPEA) and a Master's degree in Economics from the Université de Montréal, Clavens is also interested in issues related to environmental economics and green finance for sustainable reconstruction.
Dugas Fabrice

Fabrice Ghisler Dugas is a project management and operations expert with almost 10 years' experience in private sector development projects, with an emphasis on financing and support for MSMEs, foreign direct investment attraction projects and water and sanitation infrastructure projects for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Fabrice holds a Diplôme d'Études Supérieures (DES) in Applied Economics from the Centre de Techniques de Planification et d'Économie Appliquée (CTPEA) and a Master's degree (M1) in Development Economics from Grenoble Alpes University. He is also passionate about innovation and digitalization, subjects for which he is one of the focal points for the IDB's representation in Haiti, along with those of other countries in the region. Fabrice also holds a Level I certification in Risk Management and a certification in Procurement according to IDB policies.
Ruth Christina Daurisca

Ruth Christina Daurisca, managing partner and Head of Quality Control With more than a decade in public health, Ruth Christina Daurisca has specialized in planning, monitoring and evaluation, definition of mechanisms and training. Having worked in the non-profit, educational, agricultural and social sectors, she has developed strong skills in strategic analysis, project implementation, tools development and compliance. She is particularly interested in the non-profit sector, business development, evaluation of financial mechanisms, management systems and performance management. Christina has a graduate degree in Applied Economics (Center for Planning Techniques and Applied Economics -CTPEA-), a master in International Business Development from OBS Business School and Universitat Barcelona (Spain) and a master 1 in Health monitoring and evaluation from a partnership between Tulane University and the State University Haiti.

Jean Keneisha
Project officer
Keneisha JEAN, born in Port-au-Prince, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the École Nationale Supérieure de Technologie (ENST) and a Certificate in Procurement from the Commission Nationale des Marchés Publics. With TMS for 2 years, she now holds the position of Operations Coordinator with a Project Officer component. A disciplined young person, Keneisha is a budding manager who puts her knowledge and skills to good use in her work.
Siméon Guilincia
Administrative assistant
Guilincia Simeon, studied administrative sciences at the Institut des Hautes Études Commerciales et Économiques. She has been working at TMS as an administrative assistant since April 2022. Guilnicia is passionate about her work, and her team spirit and adaptability help her to perform her duties well and contribute to the company's expansion.
Jodesty Dash-naïca
Communications and social networks manager
JODESTY Dash-naïca is a 3rd-year accounting student at the Université d'État d'Haïti (INAGHEI). She is Vice-Chair of the Advisory Board of STEM Access for girls, an organization that works to encourage and support the participation of girls and women in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. She works as an intern at TMS as a communications officer and social network manager. Jodesty is also passionate about technology and works as a web developer and social network manager at GIDEM.
Dolbrun YMCA
Accounting Internship
Ymca DOLBRUN, is a graduating student in Finance at Quisqueya University and a scholarship holder of the Haitian Education & Leadership Program (HELP). She has been working at TMS as an accounting intern since April 2022, where she assists mainly with bookkeeping, which includes recording the company's financial transactions, following up with suppliers, etc. Before joining the TMS team, she spent 1 year as an accounting intern in the finance and accounting department at Haitian Education & Leadership Program. Ymca is passionate about accounting, and anything to do with the financial management of a company.
Rodney Médard
Data analyst
Rodney Médard is a young professional with five years' experience in teaching and in the field of monitoring and evaluation. He did his higher education first at CTPEA, then did an equivalence at Université Quisqueya where he obtained his bachelor's degree in economics. He worked as a tutor at Université Quisqueya from 2018 to 2021. Meanwhile, he joined the Institution Sainte Rose de Lima (ISRL) in 2020, as part of their French Baccalaureate program. He has been teaching economic and social sciences in seconde, première and terminale for the past three years. In April 2021, he joined the Triangle Management Solution (TMS) team as a data management intern, before being hired as a project officer-consultant. To date, he has worked on a dozen different projects. He is also a committed citizen. Indeed, since 2021, he has been an active member of the Collectif pour le Contrôle de l'Intégrité Publique (COCIP), a structure bringing together several professional institutions and civil society organizations, as part of the Programme d'Amélioration de la Gestion Financière et de l'Information Statistique (PAGeFIS).
Davids Jean Michel Sanon
Monitoring and evaluation trainee
Davids Jean Michel SANON, is a graduate student in Applied Economics (Statistics option) at the CTPEA. He is a trainee in monitoring and evaluation at Triangle Management Solution (TMS). He is attracted by everything to do with information technology, which is what motivates him to master the most common statistical analysis software and programming languages.
